Law of the Garbage Truck

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.

My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really very friendly. So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!' This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.

Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so... Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't.

Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

Don't Complaint, Be Thankful

As HR practitioner, I always hear workers complaint about their job. They even complaint about the weather which make them not comfortable to work, bloody hell!

may be before u make any complaint about ur job, kindly sit back and see this kind of job which may be even worst for u. Be thankful.

Nine words women use...

1.) Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2.) Five Minutes : If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour.Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3.) Nothing : This is the calm before the storm. This means something,and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4.) Go Ahead : This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh : This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6.) That's Okay : This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7.) Thanks : A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome.

8.) Whatever : Is a women's way of saying F@!K YOU!

9.) Don't worry about it, I'll do it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3.Then you RUN!


Send this to the men you know, to warn them about arguments they can avoid if they remember the terminology.

Send this to all the women you know to give them a good laugh, cause they know it's true.

HASIL LAUT. Keunikan cengkerang laut kini diabadikan pada koleksi terbaru setem yang dilancarkan oleh Pos Malaysia Berhad di Kuala Lumpur semalam.

Bagi setem denominasi 30 sen, PMB memilih spesies Horned Helmet dan Burnt Murex yang biasanya ditemui di dalam terumbu karang di laut cetek dan berpasir serta terkenal dengan kecantikan duri.

Setem dengan nilai 50 sen pula memaparkan spesies Frog Shell yang mempunyai corak kulit seperti batu bagi memudahkannya bersembunyi daripada pemangsa selain spesies Triton's Trumpet.

Spesies Venus Comb Murex pula yang hanya ditemui di dasar laut berpasir dan mempunyai lebih 100 duri pada cengkerangnya dipilih menghiasi lembaran mini.
