Pada 10/12/2008 yang lalu, disebabkan ada urusan di kuala lumpur, aku berkesempatan menjenguk sebuah kedai hobi yang terletak di BB Plaza. ini maklumat berkaitan kedai berkenaan:-

masa aku gi kedai ni, ia tutup. waktu perniagaan dia aku tak pasti la pulak. dah samapai situ, dan memang kedai2 sebegini menarik hati aku yg bersesuaian dengan jiwa aku. so, aku perhatikan dari luar cermin kedai je la.

perkara pertama yang aku cari ialah coins (syiling)dan bank notes (wang kertas). so, inilah dia yang aku perhatikan. dalam dok perati tu aku sempat gak seluk2 kojek kira duit yg ada sebab air liur dah meleleh tengok koleksi uncut bank notes. sehingga kini aku belum ada satupun uncut series. bukan aku tak minat tapi aku lebih cenderung kepada coins. dalam hati berkata " nasib baik kedai ni tutup, kalau tidak....." (sambil menahan air liur yang tak henti menitik).







pastu aku usha2 koleksi setem. yg aku nampak dari cermin kedai tu cuma koleksi setem sukan olimpik dan koleksi terhad. dari timbunan album2 setem dalam kedai tu, aku yakin lagi banyak. setem ni aku minat jugak tapi tak setanding coins. ni je lah koleksi setem sempat aku snap:-




pastu aku usha2 pulak koleksi produk coka-cola (coke) yg berbentuk botol dan tin coke. koleksi menda ni pun aku belum ada, dan belum terbukak hati nak buat koleksi. seronok tengok je la.





koleksi barangan antik pun ada jugak. ini termasuklah berhala, patung dan sebagainya. sebab menda ni mahal2, aku belum jadi pengumpul koleksi antik lagi sekarang ni. kalau kaya tak tau la... patung ke berhala2 tu tak kan aku nak kumpul pulak, aku kan orang Islam.




secara keseluruhannya berdasarkan pemerhatian dari luar kedai SM Stamps & Antique, aku rasa seronok dan aku akan datang lagi untuk masuk ke dalam kedai pulak. harga koleksi terhad adalah agak mahal tapi ia adalah berbaloi kepada peminat koleksi tersebut. aku yakin masih ada tawar menawar dalam urusan jual beli koleksi ni. lain kali kalai aku datang sasaran aku ialah coins, dan uncut series. paling aku seronok ialah dapat tengok beberapa koleksi yang sama dengan koleksi aku yg nilai pasarannya sekarang dah bertambah bagus. mana tau sesak2 bolehlah aku jual.

Law of the Garbage Truck

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.

My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really very friendly. So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!' This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.

Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so... Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't.

Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

Don't Complaint, Be Thankful

As HR practitioner, I always hear workers complaint about their job. They even complaint about the weather which make them not comfortable to work, bloody hell!

may be before u make any complaint about ur job, kindly sit back and see this kind of job which may be even worst for u. Be thankful.

Nine words women use...

1.) Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

6.) That's Okay : This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7.) Thanks : A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome.

8.) Whatever : Is a women's way of saying F@!K YOU!

9.) Don't worry about it, I'll do it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3.Then you RUN!

Setem baru bangkit seri cengkerang

KAKITANGAN Pos Malaysia, Nurul Hidayah Abdul Bari Arbee menunjukkan koleksi terbaru setem siri cengkerang laut di Kuala Lumpur semalam.

HASIL LAUT. Keunikan cengkerang laut kini diabadikan pada koleksi terbaru setem yang dilancarkan oleh Pos Malaysia Berhad di Kuala Lumpur semalam.

Bagi setem denominasi 30 sen, PMB memilih spesies Horned Helmet dan Burnt Murex yang biasanya ditemui di dalam terumbu karang di laut cetek dan berpasir serta terkenal dengan kecantikan duri.

Setem dengan nilai 50 sen pula memaparkan spesies Frog Shell yang mempunyai corak kulit seperti batu bagi memudahkannya bersembunyi daripada pemangsa selain spesies Triton's Trumpet.

Spesies Venus Comb Murex pula yang hanya ditemui di dasar laut berpasir dan mempunyai lebih 100 duri pada cengkerangnya dipilih menghiasi lembaran mini.
