New Speed Limit Device

As road user, we can not avoid from high speed motorist. However, I received email from my Johorian (Johor, Malaysia)friend on the solutions. This device should be implemented by local authority to prevent accident.

    In Norway we don't need this device..Almost all roads is in bad condition...
